How i tried to get some money…
As you probably know, christmas is getting closer. Well, i was pretty tight on money lately. Right now, i have 200 crowns in my pocket and nothing in bank. That is about enough for me travelling home. But i have 0 presents. Well, i was on a job interview several weeks ago, hoping i would get at least some income. No reply so far. I am only being assured by a friend in the company that i will get a reply. No single hint when.
Also the fact that i didn’t get my subsidy money for aKademy doesn’t help much. (Well, maybe i got in the last 3 or so weeks, since they should arrive on my .sk account which i cannot check from there since i have no ebanking and the rolls are sent to an .sk address… sigh). Anyway, i seriously doubt it, since they weren’t there last time and i wrote both Mirko and kde-ev-board in the meantime and got no reply whatsoever.
Oh well, i thought to myself last week, i could try getting a student job for a day or two. So i managed to get 2 night shifts at a hypermarket. Yeah, how cool i thought, i will have money for presents. Wrong. I yesterday found out i will get paid on 4th of January. Ha-ha. How helpful. So far so good, i got an idea. I went to bank and asked for possibility to go into red numbers on my account here in .cz (i already am in red numbers in .sk, it’s not that critical, just few hundred crowns, i could take more money out of there, but only in .sk, and i will have hard time buying presents there, since i now live in a village and probably won’t have time to go to some bigger town until after christmas…). And now, i’m sitting there, swearing my lack on prediction skills and waiting for reply from bank. They said it’ll be processed today or tomorrow. I wanted to go home today. Tomorrow won’t help me much, subsequently.
Yeah i know. I suck. Damnit.
